Commencing in the fourth quarter of 2019, the Corporation is pleased to announce a regular recurring quarterly dividend. The Board of Directors has approved a US$7 million quarterly dividend. Based on shares outstanding as of 9/30/2019 and approximately CDN 4.75/share price, this equates to approximately C$0.052 per share or a yield of approximately 4.4% annually.
Canacol has a fiscal year end on Dec 31 and reports quarterly on Mar 31, June 30, and Sep 30. Quarterly and fiscal year end filing deadlines are 45 and 90 days after period end, respectively.
Effective December 31, 2017, the independent reserves reports were prepared by DeGolyer and MacNaughton ("D&M"), Boury Global Energy Consultants Ltd., and Petrotech Engineering Ltd.The D&M report covers 100% of the Corporation's oil reserves and deemed volumes and 71% of Canacol's natural gas reserves on a 1P basis, including Nelson and Clarinete fields.
